“Julia’s presentation was exactly what our teachers needed to hear as we started the school year. Hearing about mental health through a Catholic lens was incredibly helpful, not only in how to best serve our students’ social, emotional, and spiritual needs, but also our own! Her topics were easy to relate to, but also challenged our staff to broaden our perception of mental health, especially in a Catholic setting.”

— Benjamin Paolelli, Notre Dame High School

“When educators are equipped with the tools and skills taught during this workshop, their work becomes easier, and their students reap the benefits.”
