Client Portal
We use a secure scheduling and billing platform called TherapyPortal. There you can complete necessary paperwork, view your scheduled appointments, billing account, and any resources shared by your therapist.

You will be sent a welcome email from TherapyPortal to complete your electronic intake paperwork.
You will need to create an account using this email’s custom link before you can sign in with the link below. If you are having trouble finding your welcome email, please reach out at hello@vitaoptimumcounseling.com.

Use the link below to sign in to your TherapyPortal account. There you can view upcoming appointments, review outstanding balances, access resources sent by your therapist, and update your contact and billing information.
If you are having trouble signing into your account, please request a reset password link by emailing hello@vitaoptimumcounseling.com.
If you have out of network benefits and would like to submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement, you can request a superbill for your appointments on a monthly basis from Shawnn Garrett, our billing manager.
If you are using an HSA card or FSA card for payment and need to report your spending, you can request a receipt from Shawnn Garrett, our billing manager, for the payments for your sessions on your account.
