Stephanie Sullivan, LCPC
Therapist, Supervisor

I believe that therapy is a place where individuals can become more authentically themselves and discover how to live in a way that moves them toward what they value most in life. It can be a challenging process to let go of behaviors or mindsets that are not helping you live most fully, and my sessions are a supportive and safe place to guide you through this process.

A typical session looks like processing emotions, exploring relationship patterns, or creating concrete weekly goals using cognitive, behavioral, and value-based techniques. I’ve also found laughter to be very healing and a way to balance the intensity of heavier topics often discussed in therapy. Together, we challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and create concrete steps to bring your life to greater alignment of your values.

I enjoy traveling and discovering new golf courses, since the sport has been a life-long hobby for me!
