Struggling to communicate with your teenage daughter? Overwhelmed by her emotions or apparent defiance? Wish you could speak some sense and love into her? Let’s start by Bridging the Gap! In this group, parents of teenage girls will explore their hopes and struggles, garner knowledge into the developmental and emotional state of their teen, and learn practical skills for navigating their daughter’s adolescence. We know you love your daughter–and she loves you, too. Let’s nurture the best communication possible!

Graceful Minds

Intended Audience: Young-adult Latinas (bilingual group)

Time: 9-9:45pm 

Graceful Minds is a women’s therapy group inspired by the teachings of the feminine genius, drawing from the wisdom of St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. Through this lens, we will discuss self-esteem and identity in Christ, mental health and emotional well-being, and setting healthy boundaries. The group will be open to all women, with bilingual content (English and Spanish) to ensure that Latina women can fully embrace their faith and feel comfortable expressing themselves in their preferred language during sessions.

Week 1: Feminine Genius (exploring the gifts and dignity of womanhood)
Week 2: Faith & Growth (deepening spiritual life and trust in God)
Week 3: Identity in Christ (self-esteem, worth, and belonging in God’s love)
Week 4: Emotional Wellness (mental health, resilience, and stress management)
Week 5: Healthy Boundaries (setting limits with love and compassion)
Week 6: Saintly Role Models (lessons from female saints for modern living)
Week 7: Confidence & Community (building sisterhood and courage in faith)
Week 8: Mind, Body, Spirit (integrating wholeness and creating a growth plan)

Rooted in Grace: Support for First-Time Moms and Single Moms

Intended Audience: First Time Moms and Single Moms

Dates: Wednesdays, Oct. 22 - Dec.17
Time: 12-1pm 

Rooted in Grace will explore what it means to embody the qualities of nurturing, motherhood, and resilience from a Catholic perspective. Discussions and reflections will provide the encouragement for women to care for their own well-being, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, while continuing to be loving and devoted mothers. Prayer, conversation, and faith-filled topics will anchor the group as they discover hope, strength, and a deeper understanding of how God’s love is present in their vocation of motherhood.

Embracing Wholeness: Support for Adult Children of Divorce

Intended Audience: Catholic women in their 20s and 30s whose parents are divorced or separated

Young-adult Catholic women are invited to join Embracing Wholeness, a group that offers a compassionate space to acknowledge grief, release shame and guilt, and unpack the richness of the Church’s teaching on marriage. Through guided reflection, we will learn from the witness of each other with honest conversation about experiences, wounds, and fears. Together, we will pursue a gentle path toward healing, hope, and embracing a renewed sense of wholeness.
