Graceful Minds is a women’s therapy group inspired by the teachings of the feminine genius, rooted in the wisdom of St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. Topics covered include: self-esteem and identity in Christ, mental health and emotional well-being, and setting healthy boundaries. The group will be open to all women, with bilingual content (English and Spanish) to ensure that Latina women can fully embrace their faith and feel comfortable expressing themselves in their preferred language during sessions.
Rooted in Grace: Support for First-Time Moms and Single Moms

Rooted in faith, the group will explore what it means to embody the qualities of nurturing, motherhood, and receptivity from a spiritual perspective. Discussions and reflections will also encourage moms to care for their own well-being—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—while continuing to be loving and devoted mothers. Through prayer, conversation, and faith-filled topics, mothers will gain hope, strength, and a deeper understanding of how God’s love is present in their vocation of motherhood.
Embracing Wholeness: Support for Adult Children of Divorce
Intended Audience: Catholic women in their 20s and 30s whose parents are divorced or separated
