Making friends as an adult can be challenging with busy schedules, social media, and feeling isolated or disconnected, especially for young adults and young professionals. Julia Hogan-Werner will explore the challenges of making friends in the modern world and will offer concrete strategies for forming healthy friendships to help you feel less isolated and more connected with those around you.
